PROCLAMATION
WHEREAS, Thirty-five years ago, the Reverend Doctor Albert M. James
was called to be the Pastor of Second Providence Baptist Church in North Augusta, South
Carolina; and
WHEREAS, Pastor James has faithfully served God, his family, his church
and his community and during his years at Second Providence the church has thrived and
grown and occupies a significant place among in the churches in the North Augusta area;
and
WHEREAS, the City of North Augusta has been enriched by the life, work
and ministry of Reverend James in our City.
NOW THEREFORE, I, Lark W. Jones, on of behalf of the citizens of the
City of North Augusta do hereby extend sincere congratulations to
Rev. Dr. Albert M. James
for his service and contributions to God, Second Providence
Baptist Church and the City of North Augusta
