PLANNING & DEVELOPMENT: Ordinance No. 2026-13 To Change the Corporate Limits of the City of North Augusta by Accepting the Petition Requesting Annexation by the Landowners and Annexing ± 0.16 Acres of Property Located off Lake Greenwood Dr. and Owned by The Lakes, LLC – Second Reading 8. ADMINISTRATION: Ordinance No. 2026-15 Amending Article XV, Sections 2-286 Through 2-290, of the Code of Ordinances to Reclassify the Position of Tourism Manager as Tourism Director – Second Reading 9. LEGAL: Executive Session – Request of the City Attorney In compliance with Section 30-4-70 (a)(5) the City Attorney requests an executive session for the purpose of: (5) Discussion of matters relating to the proposed location, expansion, or the provision of services encouraging location or expansion of industries or other businesses in the area served by the public body. Discussion is specifically related to Alidade Development. Upon returning to open session, Council will not take action on matters discussed in Executive Session. 15. ADJOURNMENT
