AGENDA: CITY OF NORTH AUGUSTA SPECIAL CALLED CITY COUNCIL MEETING

The Special Called City Council meeting will be streamed for public viewing online at:

CITIZEN COMMENTS: Citizens may speak to Mayor and City Council on each item listed on this agenda. The Mayor will call
for comments prior to Council’s discussion. Speakers shall give their name and address in an audible tone of voice. Speaker
Forms are provided on the credenza at the entrance for speakers desiring that the minutes indicate that they addressed Council
on a specific topic. The form will be included as part of the minutes of the meeting. Citizen comments are limited to five
minutes.

4. ENGINEERING & PUBLIC WORKS: Resolution 2026-11 Authorizing the City of North Augusta to Enter
into a Contract with T&T Landworks LLC to Perform the Watershed Tree Cutting, Removal & Disposal
5. ENGINEERING & PUBLIC WORKS: Resolution 2026-12 Authorizing the City of North Augusta to Enter
into a Contract with 6G Construction LLC to Perform the Willow Creek Drive Streambank Stabilization
6. LEGAL: Executive Session – Request of the City Attorney
In compliance with Section 30-4-70 (a)(2) the City Attorney requests an executive session for the
purpose of:
(2) Discussion of negotiations incident to proposed contractual arrangements and proposed sale or
purchase of property, the receipt of legal advice where the legal advice relates to a pending, threatened,
or potential claim or other matters covered by the attorney-client privilege, settlement of legal claims, or
the position of the public agency in other adversary situations involving the assertion against the agency
of a claim
Discussion is specifically related to Riverside Village.
Upon returning to open session, Council will not take action on matters discussed in Executive Session.
