CITY COUNCIL MEETING: Council will discuss and provide guidance on the proposed items for the March 3, 2025 City Council meeting. Please see ATTACHMENT #1 for a copy of the DRAFT items. ITEM 2. PLANNING & DEVELOPMENT: Ordinance No. 2025-08 To Approve the General Development Plan for the 201.8+ Acre the Hive Planned Development on the East Side of West Martintown Road Between Knobcone Avenue and Interstate 20 – First Reading 10. ADMINISTRATION: Ordinance No. 2025-09 Amending Section 12-21(9) Related to Hours for Construction Work – First Reading 11.
