Number two it doesn’t meet theimpervious ground coverage requirements. Number three my major concern is water runoffwill come down to my property and cause damage via water erosion and or knocking downmy retaining walls as it has in the past. Number four concern is my tenants will becomplaining constantly about the loud construction noise that will be continuing formonths on end. Thank you,Mike Ciottariello Owner - Royal Palms Apts.
