Ordinances– Second Reading
6. PLANNING AND DEVELOPMENT: Ordinance No. 2023-12 to Approve the General Development Plan for
the 177.5+ Acre the Hive Planned Development on the East Side of West Martintown Road between
Knobcone Avenue and Interstate 20– Second Reading

B. Council Comments:
11. LEGAL: Executive Session – Request of the Administrator
In compliance with Section 30-4-70 (a) (5) the City Administrator requests an executive session for the
purpose of:
(5) Discussion of matters relating to the proposed location, expansion, or the provision of services
encouraging location or expansion of industries or other businesses in the area served by the public body
Upon returning to open session, Council will not take action on matters discussed in Executive
Session.
