PUBLIC SAFETY: Resolution No. 2023-03 A Resolution Authorizing the Budget and Funding Source for the Construction of the North Augusta Department of Public Safety Headquarters 9. PUBLIC SERVICES: Resolution No. 2023-04 A Resolution Approving a Contract for the Installation of a Fire Suppression and Alarm System in the Materials Recovery Facility 10. FINANCE: Resolution No. 2023-08 – A Resolution Authorizing Reallocation of a Portion of the Funding Allocation Recommendations of the Accommodations Tax Advisory Committee for the Disbursement of Revenues from the Accommodations Tax Year 2020-2021 14. LEGAL: Executive Session – Request of the Attorney In compliance with Section 30-4-70 (a) (2) the City Attorney requests an executive session for the purpose of: (2) Discussion of negotiations incident to proposed contractual arrangements and proposed sale or purchase of property, the receipt of legal advice where the legal advice relates to a pending, threatened, or potential claim or other matters covered by the attorney-client privilege, settlement of legal claims, or the position of the public agency in other adversary situations involving the assertion against the agency of a claim Discussion is specifically related to legal briefing re: possible issue of Resolution by Council.
