CITY COUNCIL MEETING: Council will discuss and provide guidance on the proposed items for the September 19, 2022 City Council meeting. Please see ATTACHMENT #1 for a copy of the DRAFT items. ITEM 2. DEPARTMENT DETAILS: City department directors and managers will share departmental updates. ITEM 3. PLANNING AND DEVELOPMENT: Resolution No. 2022-39 – Accepting a Deed of Dedication for the Streets, Sanitary Sewer, Stormwater Collection and Fire Suppression Systems, Detention Ponds and Associated Easements and Rights of Way, Along With a Maintenance Guarantee and Letter of Credit, for Bergen Place West Phase V 9. PUBLIC SERVICES DEPARTMENT: Resolution No. 2022-44 – Authorizing the City of North Augusta to Enter into a Contract to Construct a Regional Materials Recovery Processing Building 14.
